“I arrived at this hotel at 2am, Saturday, Demember 19th. I had made a booking through Hotels.com. It was freezing cold outside, and I was very much looking forward to getting to my room. However, when I got to the front desk, the receptionist called the manager and then told me I couldn't stay. She was obviously embarassed about the whole situation, and apologised. “A fantastic stay at this new, fresh and modern hotel. The hotel itself is great, nice big modern rooms, welcoming lounge at the entrance and many local restaurants and shops nearby. But the best part is the staff! Simply amazing hospitality and doing their outmost to help out and make sure we have everything we need. Very limited spoken english but that was no hinder to help and satisfy our needs. One evening we asked for recommendation of local restaurant and one of the staff members escorted……
