“各方面都很棒”

“酒店位於中心地帶，方便逛街，晚上教堂有光影show，很好。但住宿一般原因是沒冷氣。 Coz my own careless, i think it has the A/C, but it hasn't. So we need to open the window and use the fan provided by the Hotel. But the people in the public area chat loud until midnight. So, not sleep well. Besides that, it's good.”

“Great stay, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of the staff as we don’t speak French. Thought the price to use the pool were unnecessary, should be included in the stay but all was fantastic.”

“Très bon accueil , hôtel très cosy et moderne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Le seul bémol : la literie très dure et les places de parking restreintes , difficiles pour se garer compte tenu de la place pour manœuvrer. Super petit déjeuner. Nous y retournerons c’est sûr . Super emplacement. Nous sommes arrivés samedi et départ lundi : nous n’avons pas touché la voiture du week-end. Tout fait à pied ! ”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“員工態度很親切，非常好。辦理入住後，發現客房不乾淨，櫃台立刻反應，更換房間。 但客房清潔不佳，還是需要改善。”
