“在我這次Quebec City及Montreal的旅程中住了幾間酒店，這間酒店是全個行程最好一間！(包括價錢不便宜的Quebec City城堡酒店) 清潔很好、房間size很好、冷氣很好、床鋪很好、洗手間一流！如果要更上一層樓，可以留意前台職員，幾個女孩子都沒有笑容，沒有招呼，但幾位男士則很好，有笑容有禮貌。 可以的話，酒店正大堂入口，可以放置藝術品、乾花或多點燈飾就更完美！”

“It was an excellent stay, facilities and staff were fantastic. First class professional. Hotel is in an absolutely perfect location for sightseeing. Light exhibits and wall murals up and down the streets were a nice surprise. Good coffee, room was quiet and warm. Montreal is a great city.”

“We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!”
