“Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. Highlight was out bar tender though. Giuseppe made the best drinks ever. This place is top notch. Location is amazing, everything in walking distance. Staff is super helpful and friendly, goes the extra mile. This one really deserves the 'Grand' in their name.”

“Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. It was a brilliant trip , staff including kitchen team were welcoming, experienced and friendly , food was amazing, generous , variety of Italian cuisine , freshly made, tailored to your taste and by order daily. we were treated as they would treat their family.
