“Stayed here several times before. The facilities are still up to par and well maintained, since my last visit in early 2019. However, the hotel is much easier and crowded than before. The pools are always full and the hotel service is not as so 5-star standard as before too - probably due to too good business! ”

“위치와 편의시설이 매우 잘되어 있어요... 규모가 커서인지 디테일한 안내가 안되어 있네요.. 예) 처음도착했을때 프런트 데스크 찾는데 한참 걸림 전반적으로는 마음에 들어요..”

“Deeply appreciated that reserved two rooms next to each others for my family as our notes. Suggest to install self-service laundry facilities (wash&dry). It is very inconvenient for travellers like my family that stays for 6 nights without self-service laundry facilities.”

“The hotel and the room were gorgeous. However it is not friendly to non- Korean guests, most of the staff have difficulties communicating in English and it is obvious that their facilities/ service are targeting Koreans like their in room dining system (QR code provided in the room) require Korean number. All those little things made our stay more tired. Overall, the hotel was really nice on the hardware side and had great spaces for kids to run around”

“對這酒店感到非常之失望，員工服務態度不太好，已經係接近八九點check-in時間，付了比平時昂貴的價錢，這是第二次入住，沒有海景房這間酒店什麼都不是，可以不用特登入住，check-in的時候同員工講慶祝生日，一般嘅酒店都會提供升等，或者免費嘅蛋糕，尤其是萬豪嘅酒店集團，這間酒店竟然沒有，而且所有員工都不太主動協助，基本上一聽到你不是韓國人就不太禮貌，不太想協助，這是一間對小朋友不太友善的酒店，任何兒童用品都沒有提供，酒店沒有牙刷牙刷要付費，比出面貴一倍嘅價錢，check-in的時候員工沒有主動提及需要自己購買牙刷！第二次入住對這酒店感到非常之失望，不配這個價錢入住”
