“1st off we were switched to another condo without being told. I contacted them a day ahead & had no response. Upon arrival we couldn't get in. Finally a text came saying welcome..were in #24 now. They claimed they told me. Door was hard to open & close. Sliding door is very difficult to open. There isn't a handle outside either making it even more impossible when you're outside. Inside handle was broken too. Also the screws for shutters are left in the wall causing my guest visiting to cut……

“The cottages and location were amazing. My concerns include that they do not let you know that there is absolutely nothing in the cottage except shower soap and one hand soap. There wasn't even coffee, just filters. They also only alloted us 6 towels. Going in and out of the gorgeous ocean and beach requires a lot of rinsing off and showers. Terry said she would bring more and did not. Maria said "that is all you get". There was only a tiny store open on Sunday to get coffee and some food items……
