“So imagine you’re running the Boston Marathon. You pick up your number at the convention center and head to your accommodation. When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least. My one shout out in this……

“Good location among the beauty that is beacon hills. Good facilities but a lack of lifer meant climbing to 4th floor up steep stairs….with luggage from a 6 week trip! ”

“Service was very good by the property staff, they accomodated every need I had. Rooms are brand new, nicely decorated. 10 minute walk to hospitals. Area not so nice but a 5 minute walk will take you to nice parks and areas. Very good value.”
