“So imagine you’re running the Boston Marathon. You pick up your number at the convention center and head to your accommodation. When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least. My one shout out in this……

“My daughters and i had the most wonderful experience staying while moving my oldest into college. Stav was an excellent host, very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was beautiful and extremely comfortable. We will definitely book this place again!”
