It’s walkable distance to the Abita Brew Pub, Abita Cafe (great breakfast!), a snowball stand/coffee hut, the Abita Springs museum and more. Darling house with wrap around porch and nice backyard. “This property is a “GEM.” The location of quaint Abita Springs is “second to none.”It s steps away to restaurants, beautiful park, trailhead for biking all nestled in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. The property is well-appointed, very clean and equipped with everything one would need. Kitchenette, refrigerator and washer/dryer. Private and extremely safe. The host is delightful, communicative and very accommodating. Parking right outside your door. Another plus is the ease of getting to the city……

“The "Isle of View" was the perfect location for my friends and I. Situated a little more than an hour from Baton Rouge and New Orleans, we were able to visit both cities and retreat to the quiet castle at night. The resident Hemingway cat that oversaw the property was very affectionate. Bring cat treats! We will stay again. Thank you Marcus.”

“My husband and I brought my parents and 16 year old grandson to LA for their first time Easter weekend to visit family (2025). And our stay at this home was absolutely the cherry on top. Wish we'd had more time to just relax and enjoy the home without having to leave. The home is beautiful, clean and has plenty of space to move around comfortably, and stocked with just about everything you need for cooking/bbq'g, along with cleaning supplies and more. The view from the front porch is absolutely……
