“Great location. Essentials are available in Slidell, but you can easily access New Orleans. House was perfect for a crowd of over 20 people. There was great crabbing off the pier. ”

“Beautiful home with southern comfort. Enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. However, miniblinds in most of the rooms were broken or missing panels. Also, a gaping hole in wall. Out of concern of what may crawl in, we plugged the hole with a plastic soda bottle during our stay.purchased more towels and toilet paper to last us during stay. Overall, a beautiful home in need of attention. most of four couples to move about comfortably.”

“We loved every bit of the property! The tiny cabin was gorgeous! My only tiny complaint is that the bed was not comfortable. But with everything else to the property it really didn’t matter! It was so nice to sit on the dock and drink coffee and green tea and just enjoy the morning! We went fishing at the property too and was able to just relax and slow down, which is so needed these days! ”

“The house was great. Very cozy and the view over the pond with the birds flying in was so peaceful. Perfect for a family, easy location very convienent to Nola and Slidell. Playgrounds in the neighborhood are awesome too. Host was excellent! Will be back for sure!”

“The host Merry was super informative and kept us in the loop when is SNOWED in Louisiana (never happens). All was good at the house though thank goodness. Easy directions to get in. The heat worked fantastic (not always the case in older homes) and the bed was super comfortable. We are going back in December and are going to book this house again!”
