“This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again. ”

“Nous n’avons pas aimé devoir demander à ce que la chambre soit faite au bout du 3 eme jour. L’hotel est bruyant le soir tard, les clients ne respectent pas les autres et l’hotel ne fait pas respecter le calme. Le personnel est tres gentil, de l’accueil aux agents de services et aux cuisiniers. ”

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

Lots of variety in spaces, plenty of room, dining options very good, nothing here is spectacular, aside from maybe the ocean side view and the evening view right down the property when it’s all lit up. It’s peaceful and comfortable, and your kids will love it. ”

“Amazing, there's even a gigantic swimming pool”

“Second stay here and it’s fantastic again. The apartment is HUGE, only had a one bed this time but ample room for me and my son. I was ill and wasn’t allowed out in the sun but you could easily live in this apartment never mind just holiday in it. The hot tub was a life saver and I’d urge anyone to spend the extra on it, I’m going back to Tenerife in August and there’s no hot tub apartments available which is a disaster. Anyway, just stay here, it’s great. ”

“This is a great resort. It has everything you need. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and not over crowded. It's also in a beautiful, walkable area. The app system for booking lounge chairs, activities, and dinner reservations is excellent. The food at the buffet is varied and delicious. The only thing that could be improved is the drink selection. The coffee at breakfast is not good (sweet and small), and the pool bars should have more "resort" drink options, like frozen beverages.
