“The property is very nice and cozy. The host is absolutely amazing and so responsive. Everything was clean and it has everything you would need. It is packed with paper products, toothpaste, soaps, shampoos and conditioner, chargers etc. They have beach chairs and even a desk to write or read!!! The ac/heating unit is amazing and has a cute remote to use. The only thing is, the fridge has items in it and things can spoil that way. 100 out of 10. ”

“The property was as decribe in listing. A stones throw to all the boardwalk has to offer. Short drive to exellent shops and restaurants. Would cerntainly book again.”

“Although it was a quiet area, the view of walls leading into a alley as your first look while leaving the property isnt the best. The secondary shower might work if you're 5 foot and dont have to turn around.... yes, its thats small.... honest opinion- not worth the $...”

“I and three golfing buddies stayed at Our Dream Home for one night on Oct 19th. Splitting the rate four ways made it affordable and everyone would get their own bedroom. While the house was very neat and the furnishings were new and comfortable, the house itself needed a little more work to make it a two thumbs up recommendation. And the chain link fence on every property was a surprise. On top of that there was the neighbors dogs barking, far off sirens late into the night. Of course those two……

“Really nice efficiency with a nice-sized bathroom. Great location, close to boardwalk, with a bicycle rental joint across the street. Easy walk to the beach. Used street parking and had to walk a couple of blocks (though one evening I got a space right next to the building!). Parking was not terribly challenging, as it wasn't a holiday weekend. The area seemed really safe at night. Neighbors were quiet (though a maid decided slamming doors incessantly midday was okay :-). Bathroom caulk needs……

“Alison's house is adorable!! She really puts a lot time and thought into her decor. I appreciated this because it created such a nice atmosphere vs. some rentals that are just bare bones. The front porch and front yard were my favorite; comfortable and clean furniture and the house is set back from the road so it's quiet and relaxing. The location was great-such a quick walk to Asbury Avenue which is where the local downtown shops and restaurants are. It was also nice to go for a run on the 9th……

“Kristi and Chris's place was perfect -- spotless, comfortable, and only steps from the Boardwalk. Communications were prompt and thoughtful; for example, they texted us indicating that since no one was checking into the condo the day we were leaving, we should feel free to checkout at noon instead of the regular time of 10 am. A great stay!”
