“The entrance was nice clean, and there were tons of parking spaces. There are 2 elevators, and the staff were professional. It was my first time having free breakfast, and it was good. My tween daughter loved it! The hallway rug could use some updating, but the room was clean, had good AC, clean bathroom. One thumbs down, no regular TV, not sure if we would have been able to add our Firestick or/and if that was even an option.”

“This is my second time staying at the property everything was nice my kids enjoyed and really has fun. The only problem was that I catch I tick on my arm,I call the hotel and spoke to the manager and advised him to call the exterminator ”

“Beautiful historical B&B! Our host Tracy was beyond wonderful! Home cooked and personalized breakfast to top it off! Our family of 6 adults were in for a wedding in nearby Smithville and we couldn’t be happier about our stay! “The staff was very kind and helpful. I arrived one hour before check in and was still able to check in to my room without any additional charges. There was not any extra charges for parking and their continental breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the ac was amazing. I will come back again. Oh and it’s about 17 min drive to AC.”

“Absolutely in love with this property and already planning another trip. A great getaway from the city life for my son's birthday. The Grill was new and made the best steaks. The washer and dryer was super convenient and we didn't have to worry about taking dirty clothes home. The neighbors are super sweet. Be sure to have a chat with Bruce the man to the left side of the house- his dogs lilly and booboo are the sweetest and Bruce was a lovely addition as well. Owners of the property also offer……

“The room was clean & had the necessities (clean bedding & bath linens, tv, fridge, microwave). Was on the opposite side of concrete barrier from Wawa & some conveniencies, but walkable. I would stay there again.”
