“The property was well taken care of. All the extras in the home were well thought out. Extra chairs, fuzzy blankets, fireplace, heated pool even in april, beach chairs for everyone, and very attentive to all our needs...eager to please.”

“House was in a beautiful location right on the bay and a short walk to the ocean. Owners were very nice, communicated well and tried to accommodate. Washer and dryer were broken so we couldn’t do laundry. House was a bit musty and not as clean as we’d hoped. Especially after paying an $850 cleaning fee. We were able to bring our dog which was a plus. The access to a dock was great. Kids were able to fish and crab all week. Pictures on VRBO showed access to a kayak but it wasn’t there for us to……

“We had an incredible stay at this Brigatine Costal Villa house. The house was absolutely amazing—huge, clean, and perfect for our family gathering. Everything felt fresh and new, and the living room and kitchen were super spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better. There were tons of great restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was just steps away—such a treat! “Absolutely in love with this property and already planning another trip. A great getaway from the city life for my son's birthday. The Grill was new and made the best steaks. The washer and dryer was super convenient and we didn't have to worry about taking dirty clothes home. The neighbors are super sweet. Be sure to have a chat with Bruce the man to the left side of the house- his dogs lilly and booboo are the sweetest and Bruce was a lovely addition as well. Owners of the property also offer……
