“AC was not working had to be switchef to different room and there was no towel and the cleaning chemmical was strong. The staff was too serious no smile at all i was not sure ig something wad wrong with me. In the end i did get a AC room and towels so i wss satisfied ”

“This property looks great! It’s one of the cleanest in the city. They have internet and good breakfast. They also have AC in every room which is great! Beds are okay. Customer service was excellent. It’s a safe place to be if you don’t like noise. I will come back again on my next visit. ”

“Great staff and its a hidden gem”

“This was my 4th stay at what I call my home while in Ghana. I always feel at home here and have never had any issues. I got stuck there an extra 2 weeks then I originally plan because of COVID and the owner and workers made sure we were comfortable and secure. I really love this place and will be staying here on my upcoming visit in May. ”

“The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note……

“Access road was really poorly maintained. Lighting was poor and switches broken with AC not really cooling the room and the ceiling fan only had 2 settings(On/Off). Breakfast was really tasteless and service was non-existent ”
