“Very nice hotel, cool concept. Would definitely stay again. Only suggestions would be more light in the foyer (it was a little dark) and stirrers for the coffee. ”

“The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the unusual decor. The vibe wasn’t sterile/cold. Could use some fresh paint in the room and the lighted mirror didn’t work. Also, the hair dryer was dirty (but I brought my own, so no worries fume). ”

“My kids and their families (4 adults, 6 kids) stayed during Tulip Time. Everything was very good. The only suggestions they had were more towels for the hot tub and the mattresses could be upgraded. Great place to have family gatherings.”

“The property was more the great for our stay in Des Moines! The house is HUGE! very clean well maintained. Plenty of space for us all to spread out. We really appreciated having coffee there for us. Beds were comfortable and plenty of them too! The outside space was great as well. And there was ample parking off the street. We will definitely return for our next family get together in Des Moines. Thank you to the host for being a great communicator as well.”
