“Great location with easy mobility around the city. Needs to have better, clear instructions on how to access the inside of the building and rooms. My husband said that the bedroom rug was dirty. Overall 8/10.”

“We had not received any communication from the property until the morning we flew to Bari. Not knowing whether we had antwhere to stay that night, we booked another accommodation. The property owners said that not confirming details until their guests had begun their journey was perfectly acceptable and refused to refund any money. It subsequently came to light that the contact details they had lodged with Expedia were wrong so we were unable to contact them by phone or email. Not entirely……

“The room was clean and nice, bed was OK, but you share a bathroom with 5 other rooms and it seemed like it was always busy when I needed it. Parking not easy, but not impossible. Service was terrible. There is no automatic cleaning or replacement of linens you have to ask in writing, and it can only happen in the morning. The cleaning lady was INCREDIBLY rude. A smile or hello goes a long ways, but this woman seemed incapable of that.”
