“Fantastic hotel, great location not far from the main strip but far enough to not be noisy. 5 mins walk to flower street, 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 mins walk from Restaurant Djanny etc. The staff are very friendly and keen to help with any request and also give you local info if you haven't been to sunny beach before. “The hotel is modern, stylish, and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The dining experience is excellent, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes, and food and drinks are available throughout the day at multiple locations. Cleanliness is outstanding—staff are constantly maintaining public areas, which always look immaculate. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. “Otel genel olarak oldukça konforluydu. Odalar temizdi, konumu ise merkezi ve ulaşım açısından avantajlıydı. Ancak kahvaltı beklentimizin biraz altında kaldı; çeşit ve tazelik açısından daha iyi olabilirdi. Yine de genel anlamda keyifli bir konaklama deneyimiydi. 4 yıldızı hak ediyor. ”

“To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience. The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state. The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them . I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issues”

“Huoneet vastasi hinta-laatusuhdetta.Rauhallinen alue ja paljon ihmisiä yöpyi alueella.Kirjautuminen huoneistoon oli vasta iltapäivällä ja jouduimme odottamaan useamman tunnin ulkosalla kun lentomme oli kohteessa aamuyöllä.Sängyt olivat epäsiistejä ja ällötti nukkua niissä.Henkilökunta oli todella palvelualtista..pisteet niile!!”

“My advice would be don't stay in room 111. It's right above the kitchen, which I found out later, and I think the exhaust from the ovens goes through one of the walls. It gets really hot, the air conditioning isn't enough and they won't admit it. I spent half a day trying to get them to change my room. They did eventually, but after I lost half a day of my holiday. It's a shame because the hotel is nice and modern, well located (close to the beach and the main street) and has a really nice pool……

“The only Good thing about this Place was The pool and that the grocerystore was near by. Bedsheets were not in The apartment when we arrived and The standard was bad. Really bad beds and couchbeds. ”

“Vi ankom og da alle check in oplysninger er givet får vi afvide at der ikke er noget strøm på hotellet. Vi bliver derfor placeret på et andet der ligger langt uden for byen og var bestemt ikke tilfredse. Efter en lang kamp med firmaet fik vi en erstatningslejlighed men de var meget uforstående over at man ikke bare kan give en lejlighed af væsentligt ringere kvalitet end hvad man bestiller.”
