“I am a cape coder, born and raised. Left at 18 joined military. This was an unexpected trip due to family. @53 now it brought me back in time and remembering all the beauty and quiet. “We were very pleased upon arrival, the home was beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. The check in was easy. Loved how spacious the layout of the home is and the downstairs was perfect for my in-laws. The couches were very comfortable & the backyard was very nice, private, and peaceful. We enjoyed being out there most of the time. Nice comfortable patio furniture and fire place. It was a bonus being able to bring our two dogs who absolutely loved their vacation playing in the fenced in area.……

“We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. ”

“The property is a small cute cottage it in a quiet neighborhood near the water. It is close to restaurants, beach, and shopping areas. Short drive to the ferry, an hour drive to Plymouth, Nauset lighthouse and 3 Sister lighthouses. There were plenty of toiletries and kitchen supplies. One of the two bathroom is very small (can fit a small child). I had to pay $125 extra for my Shih Tzu. Pet fee wasn’t listed on the listing so I suggest you ask questions before booking.
