“We booked this VRBO about a week or so before we left for our daughter’s softball tournament in Nashville. Last minute, we decided to book with another family on the team and between all of our kids and 2 babies under 5 months, this was the EASIEST part of our trip. Kim was so easy to talk to and very quick to respond. When we found out on Tuesday we would be playing an extra day, she helped us figure out a way to extend our trip. “My family & I loved the house. The house was very clean, kitchen very well stocked, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, we didn't have to make a trip to the store for necessities. The only negative comment we had was the water in the big bathroom never got very hot, stayed lukewarm so we took very fast showers. My grandbabies wanted to stay at the house forever. “The property and furnishings are all new so it was not a surprise to find everything super clean and nice. With only one property nearby the location was wonderfully quite and peaceful as well. Christy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, accommodating and helpful. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone wanting to simply get away and relax. “I have stayed at several airbnb and vrbo and this one was the best. The house was clean and in excellent condition. Bathrooms were well supplied. The owner communicated several times to make sure we were satisfied. The neighborhood was very nice and it was close to the main shopping areas. The beautiful front porch was so peaceful to sit and relax. The decor was perfect and you felt like a welcome guest. Everything was labeled and easy to find. I would give this experience an A. ”
