“My family and I had a great time!! The house was clean and stocked with the necessities. My boys loved the loft and the games. The deck and fire pit were awesome!! We were disappointed that we couldn’t walk out to the dock because the lake level caused the walk way to be under water but that did not deter us from the fun we had! The only thing I can say is that there’s not enough seating in the living room for everyone to chill comfortably but we were so busy it really was only a minor thing. My……

“We stayed there for a few nights with two of our Grandkids as we had plans to visit attractions in the area. It's a nice old farmhouse and in looking at the past photos in the house, I am sure it has some stories it could tell. We found the house clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen & the bathroom essentials were readily available. The beds & linens were new and comfortable. “We had our 3 daughters and my parents with us for this trip and the house was so spacious I never felt like 7 of us were on top of each other. The neighborhood was full of really friendly people and we were reasonably close to all sorts of fun things. The grocery store was really easy to get to, there were a million dollar general stores nearby if we just needed something simple like a bag of ice, and despite the lake levels being higher than usual my girls loved playing in the water. “Our stay at the Honeycomb Hideout was extrememly clean, convenient, and met all of our needs for our stay in Cave City. The house was close to Mammoth Cave National Park, as well as Dinosaur World and other cave tours in the area. Check in was smooth and the hosts were accomodating to our needs with our children. We appreciated having the washer and dryer. Would stay here again for our next trip to the caves!”
