“We had our 3 daughters and my parents with us for this trip and the house was so spacious I never felt like 7 of us were on top of each other. The neighborhood was full of really friendly people and we were reasonably close to all sorts of fun things. The grocery store was really easy to get to, there were a million dollar general stores nearby if we just needed something simple like a bag of ice, and despite the lake levels being higher than usual my girls loved playing in the water. The stairs up and down were a bit of a challenge for my 81-year-old Mom, but she made the trip and the stairs like a champ! I would have given it a 5 star rating, but I won't lie - we were disappointed with the lake access (which is specifically why I picked this property), but due to recent rains and historic flooding in central Kentucky - the path to get……
