“This property was exceptional! It had everything we needed to cook, wash our clothes and just enjoy. We were there in mid-September so it was a little bit cool in the mornings but the pool seemed to hold the warmth of the day. Floaters (even for kids toddlers) plenty of comfy seating outside to enjoy the pool. It has a bbq grill (we didn’t use) and plenty of space around the pool. We slept in the 1st level bedroom. The king bed was very comfortable and bathroom right close by. The main bath was……

We were also very impressed with the incredibly simple checkout instructions, which was a welcomed change from many other vacation properties. “Great location in Owensboro. We came for a softball tournament and it was convenient to everything. Be aware that there are lots of up and down transitions in this house (step up from entryway, step down to bedrooms, slight step up to bathroom. I only mention this in case renters have mobility issues. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again.”

“It was a huge place, perfect for our event. Everyone had plenty of room to move around and even had room to play on the ping-pong table. Tables were provided. Main bedroom was nice. “We used this lovely home as the location for our bridal party to get dressed and ready for the day. The outside views are stunning. Kentucky farm land at its best. Literally rolling green hills. Our plan was to take all of the wedding photos outside there but unfortunately we got rained out and had to switch locations suddenly. “Stayed here for a long weekend with my father as we were in town for a family reunion. Listing was exactly as pictured. We did have some issues entering the home as the extreme heat made the door stick and not unlock as easily. However, Julie was great and answered right away to help us get inside. Immediately walked in to a clean and cool house after being outside all day in the humidity. Very quiet and was a perfect home away from home! Would definitely rent out this bungalow again. Thanks……
