“The room has a wonderful view of the Albion River mouth. We stayed in an upstairs room which doesn't have an outdoor balcony or deck. They offered us a downstairs unit when we checked in but we declined and we are glad we did. We enjoyed sitting in front of the big picture window with our coffee in the morning, watching the ospreys diving for fish. There was a nice gas fireplace to keep us warm in the chilly mornings. ”

“Very friendly staff who gave us a great tour of the whole property. Beautiful rooms with lots of character and history. The Redwood room that we stayed in was very clean. The only complaint is that the curtains didn’t keep out the morning light very well.”

“We have stayed here before and really like it . It’s an old Motor court . We do know it’s old and that’s part of its charm . However, The toilet in cottage 3 runs often . I know how to jiggle the handle but after it flushes, we have to keep doing it . I also mentioned to housekeeping that I saw a few ants . ( She was very attentive - always glad to help ) I do not hold that against them . It was very clean, very comfortable ands great Location and we’ll probably stay here again . ”
