“The apartment was nice enough for a one week stay but the kitchen could use new pots and plates, etc. As the walls are thin you can hear every conversation going on. The floors are cleaned with a mop and water - no sweeping beforehand and no detergent used, we noticed. It’s 10 minutes to the beach on foot and 5 minutes to the bus stop.”

Den lukkede reception, og manglende rengøring (når man ikke må smide brugt toiletpapir i toilettet, er det vigtigt at skraldespanden bliver tømt hyppigt) under ophold trækker ned. Når receptionen er lukket burde der ligge en instruktion tim værelset. Der var heller ikke altid varmt vand. Først skulle man tænde for det varme vand i boblebadet, så kom der varme vand også på badeværelset.”

Alueella on kissoja, vuohia ja poneja, jotka tuo oman hauskan lisän tähän kokemukseen. Auto kannattaa olla vuokralla, koska täältä on matkaa alas, jos tarvitsee jossain käydä. Kalives travelsilta ollaan otettu auto yleensä ja homma on toiminut hyvin. Tätä paikkaa voi suositella.”

“The staff here are super friendly and helpful. There are both a bus line and a ferry that are easily accessible. The hotel is located in a walkable area with restaurant options, little stores, bakeries, etc. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, although more low carb options would be a great addition. I found it to be very clean and well kept. The property does not have a public pool, but there are wonderful beaches not too far of a drive away. They do have one upscale suite that has a……

“This was an amazing trip, the location is really nice and quiet, close to national road to take you to Chania, lovely town close by called Armenoi with butcher, cheese monger and nice restaurants, close to Kalives with beach bars restaurants etc. The host Stefanos is a lovely friendly man who will assist with any needs. He allowed us to check in nice and early and greeted us with a smile. He would come chat with us daily if he saw us sat outside. No noise at night which is amazing”

“The location up in the village was breeze, which was nice during the very hot days. But it is on a very busy road, and constantly very noisy for the near room.”
