“One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in on Crete, and excellent value. Our room had a breathtaking seaview and we'd return just for this alone. But the host, Harris, was also very friendly and attentive, telling us how to navigate down to the beach and town. Air conditioning worked like a dream and the bed was comfy. All in all a brilliant experience, and as we are frequent visitors to Crete we will be back. ”

Das Zimmer erinnerte von den Möbeln und der Ausstattung wie auch von den baulichen Gegebenheiten an vergangene Zeiten, gleichwohl war es sehr sauber und wir haben gut geschlafen. Das WLAN war gut, das Frühstück hervorragend und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr schätzenswert. Es liegt nicht direkt am Hafen, wie Hotels.com glauben machen will, sondern am vergleichsweise steilen Hang. Zugang geht nur über Treppen oder eine……

“Positives: (i) Quite comfortable, and very clean rooms. (ii) Quiet, walking distance to the center of Zaros. (iii) the property had oudoor seating in a rather pleasant setting. (iv) Responsive and pleasant host. Accessible at all hours. Negatives: (i) I waited for hours in front of the main entrance for someone to let me in. Moreover, the telephone number provided by Expedia to contact the host is incorrect. Only when I went nextdoor did I find a working contact number for the host pasted on……

“Angelina is very welcoming and available for any need. She will do everything she can to make your holiday a great moment. We had a room on the uper floor (6th) offering great view to the sea and the city. But the downside is that we had to climb the stairs everytime we went out (as there is no elevator), but it's worth it if you're a little bit sporty. The swimming pool is good but a bit shallow (1.40m) and it can be limited if many guests (say 10) are in at the same time. Included breakfast……

“It was an amazing place, the garden we loved it and the view every morning having breakfast and watching sunset just woow. I really recommend it for everyone and if you live there you really need to taste the food at the restaurant Windy Place, very good service felt like home.”
