“Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi……

“Wir waren für unsere Flitterwochen in diesem Hotel. Gefallen hat uns die Lage, Aussicht, der sehr große Inifinity Pool und der Direktzuganh ans Meer.”

“Hotel Platanista exceeded our expectations (Like it did 21 years ago when we were here the first time) . The hotel itself is stunning and very well maintained. Our rooms very very spacious and clean and offered everything we needed. All staff members are accomodating and paid attention to our needs. Especially Julia and Ria were very lovely The Center of Kos can be reached by a 30 minute walk or by Bike or Bus and offers some nice Sightseeing opportunities. All in all a wonderful vacation……

“Mooie grote schone kamer. Grote schone badkamer. Prima bed. Alles aan wezig op de kamer. Leuk zwembad met voldoende ligbedden. Ontbijt goed, voldoende variatie. Lunch Prima verzorgd. Diner goed verzorgd de 7 keer dat wij er hebben gegeten was er iedere keer een ander temabuffet. Het eten was smaakvol en verzorgd en alles werd snel bijgevuld. Heel de dag door werd er schoon gemaakt. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben het Prima naar ons zin gehad in Kipriotis Maris Suites. ”

“The resort is very family oriented and geared towards family activities. The entire property was clean. I was on all inclusive package and the food was very good. I got to sample things I normally wouldn’t try. I would recommend it to anyone traveling with children. ”
