“The property was very neat and clean and very easy to find from the nearby metro. The rooftop gives a great view of the city and the breakfast they offered was wonderful! Where this hotel really shines is with the staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful! They all went out of their way to accommodate our needs and provided us with fantastic recommendations on what to see in the city. Truly some of the best service we've ever had!”

“It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation. Be careful,……

“We booked a room for one night after a cruise and were amazed by the staff kindness for letting us check in very early, provided water and free drinks at the bar and cleaned the room in between our errands. We definitely recommend the place for a short stay after or before a cruise. They also booked us a taxi to the airport and the food at the pool was excellent.”
