“Excellent high end property with welcoming staff (Hagar at the reception and Said in food and beverage gave great service) spacious rooms and great location between Fes and Meknes an aqua park in the summer time. Thank you for a memorable stay.”

“酒店距CTM巴士站約5分鐘車程，附近食店很少。不要被酒店的外表騙到，客房陳設老舊，隔音差，浴室有黃跡和臭味。櫃檯前一位“阿叔”態度惡劣，真的要反影一下。事緣那天我們黃昏到達，完成沙漠之旅，禮貌上都要和導遊說聲再見，但他已經不耐煩，在入住表簽名位置，用筆大力“點”一下，完全沒說話，像命令我們一樣。當時我們很累就不跟他計較。後來洗滌後需要風筒(這是今次旅遊唯一一間沒風筒的旅館)，我的丈夫便到櫃檯借，剛好又是他。他隨即回覆已全部借出，明天來取。這時我丈夫憤怒地用英語問他:我現在洗髮，你叫我明天來取？這麼大的一間酒店一個風筒也沒有？你這是什麼工作態度？他當場呆了，抄下房號並說稍後送來。前後不到10分鐘風筒送來了。我們在這裡住了兩晚，那夜之後直到我們離開，都再不見他。”

“The breakfast was lovely, fantastic view from the bar and it was very clean and safe. Walking distance from the big shopping Center Carefour.. highly recommended, we had a lovely room 110, which we loved as it with a courtyard and we could relaxed after the busy day sightseeing. ”

“櫃檯的英文不是很好 ”

“2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works. ”

“服务很好，没有再加城市税，有迎宾的摩洛哥茶和点心，不过被子盖的不太舒服”

“I've mixed views on this one. I reached around 8pm and it took me 45 minutes to find this place. Fes is confusing and you will get lost so I'd have appreciated if the Riad had shared directions/ landmarks/ advice on how to reach them. I am surprised nobody else's review has this issue. I'm guessing they all took the train pickup service that the Riad offers. I didn't as it's much cheaper to take a taxi. The Riad is run by a very sweet lady who made sure I had breakfast every morning before……

“民宿的大堂很漂亮，很讚，坐在裡面吃早餐和晚餐很舒服。安排的房間在頂層閣樓，空氣不是很好，浴室的墊子異味太重。酒店的服務員表裡不一，在表面的服務態度非常的好，但是私底下對於女性開的玩笑有些過分”

“Hjælpsom personale, men alt for strikse regler for hvad man måtte tage med på værelset. Intet drikkevarer, heller ikke vand. Det fik vi dog lov til efterfølgende. Heller ikke chips eller chokolade. Og til trods for at man ikke kunne købe det på hotellet. ”
