“We stayed here for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. It was raining heavily outside, so we were quite soaked. The hotel staffs were very warm, friendly and helpful when we arrived, handing us facial tissues to dry ourselves. “The location of this hotel is really hard for us to find. Fès Médina is the most difficult Médina in Morocco. We are lost in the Médina at mid night with large luggage. When we call the number of the hotel the man who answer the phone ask us to settle this problem by ourselves impolitely. But when we reached the hotel, the staff are friendly. The hotel is so beautiful, just like what we saw in Marrakech palace. The hotel supply very stable hot water for bathing! And they provide very good……

“My family and I really loved our stay in Fès. It was our first time ever in Morocco, and Mehdi was incredibly helpful. He connected us with a tour guide for our first day, which let us see many things we would have missed otherwise. The Riad is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location — right across from the Andalusian Mosque and about a 10 minute walk from Seffarine Square, the tanneries, and many incredible markets. “Expedia rates this Riad as "impressive". Well, they're many impressive riads in Fez, but this is not one. The building is nice and could be a wonderful riad, but it's poorly managed and maintained with a result far worse than in pictures. It's definitely not a 4 starts hotel, as pretended, rather a B&B. Two people take turns 24 hours, sleeping in the sofas. They do their best, but this is not the kind of service one can expect. Breakfast is correct, not excellent. The rooms in the upper floor……
