“This house is brimming with style and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious and historical home. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They catered to my food allergies, and were eager to accommodate. Our room "The Henry" was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable that I did not want to wake up! This home is located on a street lined with idyllic Victorian estates and overlooks the beautiful river. The grounds were quite spacious……

“This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water. ”

“This is the place to stay in New Smyrna. We felt at home and at ease from the moment we walked in. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and well appointed. The location is easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but it it also feels like an intimate setting. The breakfast was amazing each day we stayed. Highly recommend.”

“This property is an excellent place to stay & the staff is very professional.. The 2nd floor has a restaurant , racing cars , bar & lounge, & live entertainment . We chose a room with a balcony which is large & overlooking the shops , restaurants , & an entertainment area. Also , on the property is a , movie theatre, & a game room .
