“Good experience ”

“Room was very clean and comfortable. Each staff member I interacted with was amazing! Gym was clean and I didn’t realize the breakfast was free so that was a nice perk after the gym. I’m a stickler so I will mention that the bathroom could have been cleaner. Everything was pretty new and modern but the shower floor seemed dirty and there was obvious dark marks (not necessarily mold just build up). I arrived pretty late so the food options in the area were closed but there were a few within……

“The room in it self was great except there was a bad mildew smell upon entering. There was only one towel in the whole room and there was no remote control for the TV we had to ask for it upon checking out we couldn't find anybody to give our room keys or even to say thank you to”

“Very nice and maintained hotel. Well located. Looks like new with bright, soft and neutral colors. Room cleaning, however was not daily which was a little bit disappointing. Bathroom toilet hanger was loose. Everything else was nice and comfortable. Room is big. Breakfast is good, although is only up until 9:30 am, might consider extending to 10 am. Easy free parking. ”

“Very tidy and neat. I came for a family trip with my kids and we were able to bring our family dog with us. Right across the street from the mall and restaurants everywhere. We had a great time in the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of selections!”

“I guess this is what you get for this price but little things, like a friendly person at the check-in desk, don’t always cost the hotel extra money. There is a very strange smell in the entrance area and the fitness room is out of service. Could be worse but it could also be better. ”
