Service is impeccable the property is just stunning and seeing the Taj Mahal from every window is just breathtaking must add I LOVE the fact that the pool is heated! It meant we could actually use there stunning pool! ”

“整體的服務都不錯, 若天氣不會太糟, 可以走路去泰姬陵( 大概20-30分鐘) , 附近10分鐘路程內有麥當勞和電影院 , 再遠一點還有肯德基. 飯店非常清潔 , 床也很舒服. 完全不知怎麼去泰姬陵的飯店有提供一整個行程規畫 , 建議可以不用買含早餐的住宿 , 因為附近就有麥當勞. 可以再節省NT$800-$1,000的訂房附加早餐費用. 但這家飯店沒有免費wifi , 建議有需求一直上網的朋友要多考慮了.”

“This Hotel has been CLOSED since 2021. Yet last week I was able to reserve a room and pay for it on Expedia. Also when we got to Agra we had to find a new hotel at the last minute because it is closed. Where did my money go?”

“We paid at high price and I think the hotel is over pricing their room in the peak tourist season. All staff we met are very friendly, room is cleaned and we were upgraded to a two room suite with a private pool. Yet, the pool water was not clean and the room was old. Foods are generally good to be fair. We had chicken biriani and the chicken was not cooked, the chef came to apology and provide us a special ice cream with seasonal fruit. it was a good surprise to us. There are so many stairs……

“A BASIC hotel next to Burger King, a short walk to the Taj Mahal. The hotel was on a noisy busy road, the window frames were rotting which made the room cold. The staff told us that a heater was not included in the price but we could borrow one for 400 rupees. Breakfast was ok but they said it wasn’t included in our booking, but they checked again after we showed them our booking. Lastly at check out they asked us to wait while they sent someone to check our room which was unusual. ”

“Not such near Taj Mahal, but can see the Taj Mahal just outside the window or at terrace. Breakfast is better than dinner bafful. Price is very nice to the accommendations they provide. Small Shereton, but also Shereton style.”

“Quarto estava imundo! Banheiro usado com marcas, no banheiro tinha uns baldes para banho, estava todo sujo, jogo de cama sujo, ar condicionado nao funcionava… cheguei estava todo mundo dormindo no sofa da recepção… a noite toda houve uma gritaria no corredor… nao me senti seguro, alguns momentos fiquei com medo”
