“Central location which was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen attached to it. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel needs upgraded. It is very old inside . The room was damp , we could smell a musty odour. The room menu was covered in mould . ”

“Initially for the checkin they took around 40 minutes which was very disturbing for me as I had family with me with an infant. In the room they had only one chair for two persons and no slipper to use for washroom. overall bad experience. what I look is only the outside view from the window”

“Apartment OK but area it is in is awfull. There was building work noise 24 hours and therefore little sleep. No notification of this on booking or wouldn't have gone. Food served in Sports Bar took an hour to arrive and was cold. Had to be sent back and even then was not the best.”
