“The hotel had a weird smell which they tried so hard to cover with air freshener, and it made it even worse. The hotel is on a main road. Good luck trying to sleep with all the vehicles engines noises and cars honking. Electricity stopped at 7 am in our and four other rooms. Until 11 am they didn't even have the courtesy to offer us a replacement room. I had to check out early because I couldn't handle it anymore. Sleeping in my car would've been a more pleasant experience than this. Would……

“Our stay at Modrest was great and so easy and comfortable. And one big reason was the staff!! They were all amazing and so attentive and ever ready to help. We were liaising with Yousef over WhatsApp even before coming and he was so helpful and gave us a lot of assurance regarding all our concerns. And I can safely say that everything he promised, he delivered! And when we arrived, we were well taken care of by the staff too, especially Aziz at the front desk and Mahfouz at the hotel lounge.……
