“Very good overall”

“I liked everything, except the pool. For such a nice property the pool was very basic, old and chipped Of tiles.”

“Coffee machine was not working. Asked the service to replace it, they said “yes sure” and never came back. But overall, nice place to stay.”

“Arrived late at night after a flight to be told they had given away my room as I hadn't arrived by 6pm. Why? My credit card had already been authorised by Expedia. Was left stranded in Riyadh during LEAP so no hotels were available and was forced to pay a fortune last-minute for the only hotel available on the night.”

“Nice hi-end hotel. As usual in KSA everything looks good but manufactured by china. Water from the showel goes tru the poorly installed shower cabinet and floods the floor. Drain is 2cm higher that rest of the room so water goes to the bedroom instead ”

“This seems to be a new establishment. Compare to the Radisson Blu Jeddah Plaza location, this is such an upgrade. Everything in every way is better and so comfortable. So convenient to the convention center! Highly recommended. ”
