“One of my meetings got delayed so my checkout was a few minutes later. The staff made it flexible: just that made my stay positive. Without that gesture, I would have rated his hotel 3 stars. “This is a great hotel. During our stay we had large earth moving equipment working all through the night right outside our boarded up balcony. Hotel clearly knew as the had boarded up the Balcony.
