“The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. “My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it. ”

“The property is gorgeous. I stayed in one of the apartments, which was huge and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is a short, uber ride away. Employees were very attentive and professional. Excellent stay. The only thing to pay attention to is the name of the hotel. “This hotel is an excellent value. Located in between Old Jeddah and the newer Corniche it is a $5 to $7 Uber ride to either location. Staff is very helpful and breakfast was substantial and quite good. Park Hyatt is just across the street where you can have a Mocktail, watch the sunset over the Red Sea, and have a great view of the tallest water fountain in the world all from the same table. Highly recommend this hotel for the good value it represents.”
