“I have previously stayed at this hotel July 24. I arrived on the 23rd April 25 after booking with Expedia. Was informed by the reception team no reservation had been made for my stay .i found this very embarrassing. I was told it was Expedia fault but luckily I had my booking confirmation from Expedia. “This is a nice all inclusive inside the Medina. The gardens were very well manicured and the cleanliness of the place shines though. All the staff are fantastic especially the poolside bartenders who are really good at their jobs. If I had to nitpick I would say that there is not a lot of choice when it comes to where to eat as there is really only the one restaurant where we are all 3 meals each day.
