“I got at the hotel at 11pm after a long journey. Manager nearly denied my booking even though I had proof & I paid for it. He tried convincing me I was at the wrong place. Then he said they have several locations even though my confirmation had this location on there. “The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me.
