“Quite and Private. Roomy and Clean. Each bedroom has its own bath plus there is a 1/2 bath, plenty of seating around the house, very convenient for families. The beds were comfortable. One note, the only A/C is a window unit in the kitchen. Each room has great ceiling fan(s) but guests are asked not to open the windows. If the weather is warm, the bedrooms can get a bit warm.”

It's close to pretty much everything in the San Luis Valley. We went to Alamosa in less than 20 minutes, the Sand Dunes in less than that! It's perfect and when I come to this area again, it's at the top of my list! ”
