“From even before I arrived at the hotel the staff on the front desk were very helpful with arranging transfer to and from the airport. The hotel is in a great location in Tirana and it was possible to walk most places. My room was beautiful and comfortable. The shower was hot. Breakfast every morning was delicious and the kitchen and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed visiting the rooftop bar which had a great view of the city. “Great location and breakfast, the staff were friendly enough but i believe they were dealing with some amenity problems - they werent very forthcoming about details but this may have been the language barrier - strangely stingy with the toilet paper but overall good value”

“First, the good: centrally located and the breakfast was OK. But the entire Sky Tower is under construction, so the windows are blocked with scaffolding and fabric, plus the whole place was dusty and a bit noisy. The room was huge but sparsely furnished (including a hideously orange sofa). Lighting was too bright and uninviting. Bathroom was just OK. The famous Sky Tower restaurant at the top was closed. Overall, little ambience, almost creepy.”
