“If Mario is cooking then you know you’re in for a treat. Everyone was amazing to interact with and more than welcoming throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was warm, the staff were amazing and the food was some of these we had on our trip. Mario made us a dinner from scratch and it was much more than expected. “The grounds were absolutely beautiful! The food was above average. The air conditioner didn’t get the room cool. Outside temp was high 79s to low 80s. Too hot for little air. The other issue was the floor was very dirty. Brought both issues to management. They said the air conditioning came from the floor and it was not time yet to turn it on. The floors were never cleaned. ”

“The spa experience was very good. The room was comfortable, very clean, and well appointed. The restaurant offerings were very good. The main attraction is the hot spring pool. It's an historic wonder. The sulphur smell is omnipresent, I got used to it. The therapeutic effect of my stay was real. I will return. ”
