“Location by the Main was very good, easy walking to many attractions incliding the 'New Old Town. Room facilities are very good with aircon, convection heating, and well equipped kitchenette. Double glazing and blackout curtains made our stay quiet and comfortable for a couple. Service and staff were excellent. All requests were met willingly and promptly. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options plus personalised choices, cooked fresh. Onsite restaurant also very good with well presented genuine……

“住宿都很好，原先給我的樓層對住停車場，我不喜歡，請他更換房間，他都更換了。只是房間上網，一直都做不到，既然是免費，就不用這麽複習回答問題。”

“The hotel was clean and quiet. Exactly what you want while traveling. It was very conveniently located to a grocery store and pleny of walking, running ,or biking trails. It is right next to the Old town of Hanau, which is very nice. We stayed for a week and the only critique that i have is, i wish it had a little bigger fridge so we could store a couple items in it. Just so we wouldnt have to eat out 4 times a day. Other than that, i would definitely stay ther again. ”

“Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr schönes Design und super sauber. Lediglich beim Frühstück war vieles nicht verfügbar und hat sehr lange gedauert bis es nachgefüllt wurde. Dafür hat sich die Dame auf nachfrage entschuldigt. Verhungern tut aber dennoch niemand 😜 Top Empfehlung.”

“酒店很舒适，有免费咖啡機，免费瓶装水提供。唯一不好的是洗澡房全玻璃沒有簾子，雖然已是老夫妻，但也會有點尷尬哦。”

“Front desk service was unwelcome at night when we arrived, staff stood in the bar as a bar tender and we needed to find her by ourselves. In room there was no kettle for heating water, no slippers, dim lights and the carpet seemed not very clean. Notwithstanding the staff were polite and explained details patiently, bathing stuff were completed, and location was near the ostbahnhof.”
