“WE so needed a short break. The cottage was perfect. Bed was so very comfortable. Got lots of shells. Enjoyed the food at Wickey's. Had not be there in 30 yrs. We will be back.”

“This was my 3rd time visiting LGI. This house and property is by far the best one I’ve stayed at. It’s private, secluded, and stunning. This also might be the shortest walk from dock to beach house on the island. We found a ton of sharks teeth and even a crocodile tooth while strolling the beach. World class fishing, exquisite sandbars and only a short boat ride from Boca Grande. We will definitely be back for more!”

“Fully renovated just as described on the listing. Super clean and very organized. We were able to bring our boat and keep it in the water behind the house. This place is so cute and cumfy. “Lovely lovely cottage a short walk to a private beach. Beach gear in the closet (two chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler!). We rode the available bikes to the beach everyday- 3 minute bike ride! Nice lagoon in the back to watch the pretty birds. Room is quaint-just right for 2 people for a 3-day stay! We will for sure be back! (The bed is not comfortable but we made due!!!!) :-)”

“Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. “Firstly let me say the property was better than advertised as it was extremely clean upon arrival. The location is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet and that love to relax. Pool was perfect. 100% will stay again.”

“When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time.
