“They didn’t go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I know that many places have a binder of things to do nearby and instructions for prepping to leave. Some places also give a bottle of wine or cookies as a welcome gift. This place had a poorly flushing toilet and the flooring was in rough shape. Some planks need to be replaced because you’ll get your sock caught in one. There wasn’t any dish soap. It was very meh but it seemed clean and was a cheap place to crash for the night. ”

“The location was close to my family, which I was visiting. Also not far from stores and the place was clean, which is a plus. I would stay there again when visiting.”

“We had reserved a nice condo in Tyson’s Corners. Unfortunately, the people who rented it before us (and moved out the day before we were to arrive) had done significant damage. Anisha, the property manager, explained the situation, provided a most satisfactory substitution and a generous refund which we received the next business day. She is a charming and efficient host and we look forward to renting from her again.”
