“It was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The hotel itself was directly across from the ski lift, so we were on the slopes within minutes. “I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. The town was a beautiful quiet village compared to Zermatt which felt really hectic and crowded. I really hope to end up back here in the……

“A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.”
