“Instead of taking grandchildren to Florida for our end of summer trip we went to Magic Springs and our four day stay was pleasurable! John was very attentive to my questions and comments. Kids enjoyed game area and being able to grill was very good! We like to stay in newer homes and this one was a great choice!”

“Wonderful place! A beautiful renovation! Great for family to have two family areas. The place was comfortable and impeccably decorated. The neighborhood is in transition but we felt very safe. Great parking area with a gate. Fenced in yard for our two Yorkies. We will be back when we visit our Little Rock family! We’ve been renting from vrbo for many years and this place is in our top five!”

“My kids loved the pond ”

“These hosts have thought of everything! What an amazing space for a family vacation. This home is beautiful and the location is just perfect. We especially enjoyed the face that there are 4 bedrooms with king size beds! We have very big men in our family so that allowed us to all sleep so comfortably. This rental far exceeded our expectations. Thank you guys so much!”

“We loved Hot Springs Village! If you love golf, the lake, pickleball or tennis this community has it all. There are also great restaurants inside the village so it’s easy to eat out. If you want to hit downtown Hot Springs it’s only 30 minutes and it’s an adorable area! ”

“This was a great place to stay great views and great location and had everything you needed to stay here. It was a very easy with check in process. These are the pros here are the cons it was refridgerator freezer was dirty and coffee maker was filthy . The window seal had dead flies on the inside and the windows were dirty. Also in the master bedroom when sitting on bed it collapsed and upon putting it back together it did not have any screw on the slacks in which you truly need those so……
