“I was pleasantly surprised but how welcoming the staff was and how efficient they were in helping me and my friends check-in and check-out. The room was nice, clean, and beds were comfortable. I was only here for a night and it was the perfect stay for a night in Columbus. ”

“If you have a room that faces the outdoor smoking courtyard… good luck! It was noisy at night and front desk did nothing about it. I complained twice as the party down there was really loud. Other guests in rooms near me were banging on the windows to get them to be quiet. When I checked out, I wanted to speak to manager and there was no one. I find that no manager on duty is not safe and I don’t feel safe staying there again. ”
