“Friendly staff. Big clean pool. Strong wi fi signal. Pleasant view over the lake. I had a room on the ground floor next to the kitchen/laundry/ staff rest room so there was constant noise from early morning to late at night. The room also looked out onto the road so the village ladies would sit on the wall around the lake in the evening and gossip. And on my last night a group from out of state came to party in the restaurant on the floor above so it sounded like a nightclub until 1:30 am. The……

“The check in was done by not so friendly manager and smoking smell was there in the lobby. The rooms are big but not clean. The flush leaked in my room. Beds were ok. No complimentary breakfast, room service phone didn't work so hard to go down and drink tea. The breakfast area is having dust as well. Checkout was painful as they included additional items in our room from the date prior to my check in date. Then hotel said they couldn't confirm payment from hotels.com. so asked for……

“Hotel is 3 Star but.. there is no facility like this level. There is no proper breakfast even i have paid for breakfast. Room service also not up to the mark. ”
