“Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. “It was really a nice place and a nice area. I had never been to this part of Texas before and I fell in love. There is so much right next to the unit to get into, I honestly want to come back. And the unit was great too, two master suite with a back porch. If I do come back (which is a strong possibility) Im looking here first!”

Our opinions for areas of Improvement: Unit overall clean; but not detail clean, including: (dusty baseboards & window sills, used cup under couch, general maintenance: numerous marks and scuffs on walls, most millwork is scratched and/or worn, numerous lights didn't work, neon sign broken, carpet coming up in bedroom). ……

“I booked this condo on VRBO, I received a confirmation email, but I never heard from the owner. My check in time was 4 PM by 3:30 PM on the day of check-in. I contacted VRBO because I had not received any contact. I later found out That this listing should never have been on the RBO to begin with.”

“The host was very helpful. We had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed while we were there. The host responded quickly and resolved all the issues in a timely manner. The location was great for our purpose and the home very clean. The couch left something to be desired as far as comfort goes. The kitchen needed a little love.”

“This property is the perfect location! We were in town for the Houston Livestock show, my daughter was an exhibitor. 12 mins away from NRG!”

“This is a comfortable, stylish, well-appointed unit that is in an excellent location for our interests. It is right around the corner from Sinfull Bakery, where we happily ate delicious breakfasts every day for a week. Do not miss! It is also near plenty of other restaurants and attractions.Can’t wait to return and spend more time there. The interactions with VRBO/Vacasa were excellent. They were polite and responsive.”

“We were in town for my husband to receive treatments at MD Anderson. The property was very clean, and the host was exceptional, not to mention that it was 7 min from where we needed to be daily. I am definitely staying there again.”

“We needed a couple of days/nights to be somewhere while our home had no power/internet after hurricane Beryl. Property was as described and host responded quickly to any messaging, though we didn't need anything. Had what we needed for these couple of days and we enjoyed one night in the pool. Good proximity to the med center for those who may need that.”
