“Had a wonderful stay, in Austin for a concert at the Moody Center and Hotel Ella was conveniently located. The staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. “Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only thing I'd bring up is that a few other co-workers and me were charged for valet fees for multiple nights during our stay even though we didn't have cars for this visit. The desk staff were very accomodating and removed the charges from our folio, but there does appear to be some problem with how valet charges are handled. Would suggest looking into improving that. Otherwise, it was a great stay - Thank you! ”
